Take a bowl add dahi salt,chilli and turmeric powder dahi r smooth add besan mix well add water.keep a side.
Take a cooker add oil then add hing saute add all whole masala add garlic saute add finger and onion saute add dahi besan batter mix well
continusely mix when just boil after boil heat slow and cook in 1 hour.
To make Pakoras:Take a bowl add onion all masala and besan mix well add water make a pakora batter keep a side.
After 10 minute take a appam pan add one drop oil then make a pakora for appan pan few drops oil.Then cool .
After one hour cool pakora add in kadhi .
Garnish dhaniya and serve.
Before serve add 1tsp mango masala.
